How many of you have sent out mass post cards, to restaurants, grocery stores, property management co's. What is the typical return for actually closing a new contract vs. how many post cards were sent out.

You're doing pretty well if you close 1% Some have done better, some worse. About 1% is the average though.

That is true about 1%. If everything is right! I know a guy that was sending out, 6,000 per week! Of course he does $6,000,000 in business. I try about 500-1k per month. Good Luck.

You really should not be giving out Rons numbers, he probably would not appreciate it.

? I know there is some pressure washing businesses doing $6M, but I doubt if they have time to post on line! LOL
