So I was cleaning a pool deck this morning when all of a sudden my surface cleaner went spastic. Vibrating like hell. I hadn't hit anything so I was sort of dumbfounded.

I shut everything down and grabbed my phone. I called the Power Wash Store # (hoping someone would answer). Second ring and Bill answers! I quickly explain my situation. Bill asks a couple questions, makes a couple suggestions and I'm back to work in a couple minutes, now that's service folks!

Thank you Bill and the Power Wash Store for being there for me (even on a Saturday and a different time zone).

Had a vibrating surface cleaner in my first year and wondered what the hell was wrong... Took to PW place in Orlando and left it with them. They replaced the swivel! - from speaking with Kory Finley after the fact I am convinced it was just a clogged nozzle... Had the same thing happen numerous times since then and that is exactly what it has been, a clogged nozzle! Wish I had known Russ or Paul back in the beginning! Would have saved me a ton of money!
 
Same thing happened to me several weeks back on an association cleaning, im about 12 driveways in and she starts twerking like a maniac lol

I started with adding grease....still twerking....took off both nozzles and blasted em out, she was cruisin like a Cadillac again.

If that didnt work I would have assumed it was the swivel, I hate downtime and I have doubles of everything, so I would have thrown on my other surface cleaner and gave ol betsy the day off

Good to hear the fellas at power wash store are so dedicated to our industry, cheers to you guys
