I called PWP several times last year, left messages also.....never got a reply. Oddly, A guy I've been helping out in Michigan called me about a roof cleaning setup a couple of days ago and had the exact same story as the original poster and me. Does PWP only cater to RCIA members? While I waited (days) for a return call, she was continuously posting on the RCIA forums.
I directed him to Pressure tek and he bought the delavan kit. Even though I stopped buying from Bob (Personally, I think Bob let's his org politics override good business sense) I still recommend a couple of his products to to the new guys that call me.
