PWNA, Professional mediation
I wonder if a mediator might help fix problems.
Since the inception of the PWNA and all the good people it has had involved they deserve a chance to mend the wrong and the rights.
Since I have been a member of this org I have had round table events started this BBS help admin the PWNA bbs and created and supported the first online forum for the organization.
Many people have given time and effort for cause. It’s a shame now that all we can see is a few disgruntled people not trying to keep both sides positive but wishing them both DOOM!!!!!!!!!!!
I have said that many have supported at one time or another. I have seen mistakes made and people get upset. Its time to fix the problem, this cannot be good for either party, right or wrong.
We as the people and business men in the industry need to pick up your key board and write suggestions to the president and say get this resolved.
The conclusion must be fixable, both sides want something? What is it?
The way I see things is that the founder was pushed aside by new thinking BOD members.
I can only assume that this was upsetting and I would be upset if I where in his shoes.
I recall others that claim they felt the same way after doing countless hours helping the org. Myself I have felt used and really did not want to volunteer any longer.
We are talking about the father of the org. in this situation, not Ron Musgraves or any other persons. It’s the founder of the org.
Can we give advice on how this could be rectified? Ideas not attack asking for resignations. Remember right or wrong these are people that have donated time.
No one that volunteers should be treated this way from either side.
The question here is how could the two parties’ fix the problem between them?
