Charlie,

I'm not sure I know what you mean when you say a consulting firm, Are you talking about the questionairre we sent out?

That is simply a .com company that offers survey's (I think for free)

We did like using them and will do so for more surveys in the near future.
I will be sending out a new PWNA express for March after the next conference call next week.

I hope I answered your question.

Thanks Chris:) :) :)

The survey was not the one we could respond on the net, but the one I got in the mail before the Jan. show. I talked to the guy that was taking the survey and he told me that PWNA was thinking about using there firm as a consulting service to better PWNA. At that time they were just taking a survey on what members think about PWNA. As the name of the company I can't remember, it was somewhere out east. If anybody can remember taking this survey and can remember the name of the business please post it.

Charlie,

Thanks, Now I know the survey your talking about.

Back in Jan. the association was doing a search for possibly changing management companies.

Costs range anywhere from $50K to $150K year, so it not something we treat lightly.

If there was going to be a change. Of course we would announce it.

Thanks Chris Detter :) :) :)

Chris,

One thing you and all board members should consider is whomever ends up as the management company, be it Andrew or someone else require them to spend several days at different times of the year with different pressure washers, flat work, decks, fleets etc. so they get hands on experience and can understand first hand what we do.

Book knowledge is fine up to a point but there is nothing like hands on work.

Ask yourself then Andrew Avery how he can really understand what we do since he has never held a wand with pressure coming out of it in his hands?

NO not picking on him, just that in my mind to be an effective manager you have to have done the work first, many companies only promote from within rather then hire from outside of the business.

Now concerning that survey I too took it and by now it should be in your hands, it was all done by computer and you know that does not take long to tabulate the results.

G'day

Jon
