Question for North Carolina Pressure Washers

Hello,

Just a question for my fellow pressure washers in north carolina from over here in Asheville, but of course all are invited to reply to these questions-especially those in the Southeastern states.

I've been trying to fine-tune my bidding and I'd appreciate your help.

First, Houses: How much are you charging for pwashing a house-siding only- I've been charging by the linear foot, but I'd like to hear what you have to say. For example: A 1-story house demensions as follows: 65' long at both ends and 130' front and back for a total of 390 total linear feet- what's you price for washing this house?

Second, Decks: For example, pwashing and sealing a deck 20' by 15 feet-300 total square feet with a stair case of 10 steps with railings and spindles, and railing with spindles on 2 sides totaling 30 linear feet-your price?

Finally, concrete: Your average price per sq. foot to clean it.

If possible, please leave a little feed back on how you arrive at your estimate. Feel free to email me at ceasler1111@hotmail.com.

As always, your advice and insight is invaluable. Thanks in advance.

I would charge $390 for the house. I usually charge $1 for one story, $1.50 for story and a half, and $2 for two story per linear foot. I also take into considerations on the surroundings such as trees in the way or hard to get to areas. For Decks I charge .50 to clean and .50 to seal per sq. ft. I Charge $2 a step and $1 for per foot for railing.

the Gunn is right about prices, But only you can decide what you can live with... Charge what you can to make at least 60.00 a hour for a one man show, If you can do more do more, But at 60.00 you will be cutting it close on profit...
