Going to a meeting this evening to make some new contacts. Anyone ever been to a meeting of this sort? What were your expectations and what was the outcome?
If they are buying distressed properties they most likely already have a contractor or GC who does there rehabs. If that is the case see about getting the contractors info. we have agreed upon pricing with several bank and investor rehab contractors. They just email the address and scope of work and we put it on the schedule and invoice it.
