Went on a job with a friend the other day and the ladies house and white chalky looking powder on her vinyl. All she wanted was the eves prepped for painted and did not want the vinyl washed. My friend said that if we did get the bleach on the siding and rinse it that it would rinse off like a milky type substance. So I'm wondering if there is something special that needs to be done when the vinyl is oxidized. Is the any special way that it needs to be cleaned or any special chemical mixture for that? Of all the houses I've washed I've never had a problem yet.
