Requesting Poll - How is your company set up?

Ron or Tony or anyone that can, I would like to see a poll on how power washing companies are established. Are most the guys on here LLC's, Corporations, Sole Proprietorship?

Just wondering because I am an LLC and interested in re-structuring my company as a Corp. Would be interested in seeing how most companies are set up...

We are a Sub S. If I had to do it all over again I would do LLC. It is simpler here in Nevada and the IRS issues are less.

Get a Tax attourney , they will set you up the best way. You have many variables with your personal Income assets depresciation and Trusts.

The best advice for me might not be the same for you.

I'm pretty sure a one member LLC can simply file as a sole proprietor.

I am a LLC was told that would be the best for me. It is best to check with a tax attourney or there is a small business center hear at the local university. They can help with a business plan and everything needed to start your business.
