I have watched that video many times, he has a great system and has it set just right for the job and is doing an excellent job of parking garage cleaning.

We do alot of interior floors. We use a Turbo Force turbo hybrid SC. We just use a tile & grout floor cleaner on them. We recover the water as we put it down since we have a blower built into our machine.

Very Nice Roy

We just finished a Hospital Kitchen floor (tile) we were contracted to do. The Floor had a lot of surface dirt and had a recent backup of a sewage pit which made the area smell like ****.

We broom swept the floors real quick to remove any surface dirt and pre treated the floors and walls using a pump sprayer with a mix of 1/2 gal bleach/1 gal water/4 oz Eliminator and let dwell for 15min..The room intermediately smelled better

We hit the floor with a 21 Mosmatic surface cleaner which kicked up a lot of dirt. There were floor drains all over which we checked prior to starting the job.

One guy squeegeed, one guy worked the machine. I dialed down the water flow a bit which helped alot. After rinsing a bit with a wand the job came out great and smells good!

ill post pics as soon as i can upload them

What gpm machine are you using?
What tips are you using?
Thanks

Tony, the tips in the SC are 5 degree and #2 tips on a 4gpm pump. 0502. Here is the tooling that I use.
http://www.turbo-force.com/tools.html
We have every piece you see in the link. The only ones I use are the Turbo Hybrid, Hyper Turbo and the Mini Turbo for showers, counter tops and such. Never really had the need for the detail tool or the Raptor wand. We run about 1500psi. We do sometimes run down to 1200psi and up to 1800 at times. Just watch out for loose grout with high pressure as you will just blow it right out of the floor.
