Roof Cleaning Products

I am currently evaluating several products that I may use as our company's main solution for roof cleaning. I would like to know if anyone has an opinion on any of these products.

We are considering several factors like ease of application, cost, immediate results, longer-term results, dwell time, algea inhibiting properties, etc.

We are currently looking at the following:
Renew
New Again
RPC 113
Roof-a-Cide

I know most of you have probably used some of these products and I hear that each one works well. The Roof-a-Cide is said to be able to inhibit algea growth for up to 5 years, but I have not heard any similar claims from any of the other products.

Has anyone here had any long term experience with any of these products?

Your input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

OK, so I'm thinking to myself, "Self, that's ridiculously high. Are you sure its $250?" So I called my dist and asked for clarification of their recent price increase. Apparently, they had calculated the 55 based on the lower volume rate. The actual price per 55 gal is only $190 + tax, or about $200. Better, but not much. (Up until recently, I was paying $169 + tax.)
