This is to all who don't get before pics on your jobs.Last week started a big job on a house in Mobile and as always I took some before pics to cover my butt(some may remember my flowerpot story).
I finished the job and low and behold the homeowner's assistant called and advised me that we had Killed the owners plants!I tried to explain that we use the same chems on the whole house and if there was a problem it would have affected all the bushes. He wouldn't hear it.He wanted me there to see what we had done to his wife's plants, her favorite plants.By now I'm really starting to sweat it because this was a very landscaped property close to a million dollar home.
I get there and sure enough dead shrubs, take some pics and as I'm looking through them I look back at the before pics and there they were dead shrubs.Wow it saved my butt big time.
If you don't carry a camera you should in my opinion it could save you some big $.A picture is worth a thousand words and in this case it could have been worth a thousand bucks.
