I don't know about anyone else but this time of year we get hammered with schools. We have 26 so far do for cleanings, 14 of those are in the town where I live. I am also wondering how often you guys clean schools. A couple of them we do twice a year but for the most part they are once a year in the summer.

Making a killing on filters also, about half of these schools have mesh filters and we've been replacing them all. I haven't had any problems with them fighting me about changing them out. I wish all restaurant owners were as cooperative. I know alot of you offer a filter exchange service, just curious where you dispose of the old filters. I know a guy that owns one of the local junk yards and he's been letting us drop there but some of these filters are really caked with grease. No problems yet.
