Even with an x-jet how are you guys cleaning the mold off without touching the surface. Are you just jetting the chemical onto the surface, letting it dwell, then flooding?

The proper chemicals and dwell time will take care of most anything. Low to moderate pressure will effectively rinse, removing any residual yuck still there.

M5 -xjet

We did these buildings from the ground. M5 x-jet.

We used the boom primarily for the rust removal on the flashing on the roof.

Hey David, that building dryvit or concrete? I have an exposed Aggregate building coming up that I did a test on with my M5 and it lightened it up but I still needed to hit it with some pressure. @800psi. So we're getting a lift. How strong was your solution?

Thanks

I love gettin on boom lifts
It is too fun

Concrete - 12.5% + Soap, wide open on the M5, no proportioner used. We went heavy on these buildings.

Exact same thing I do when I can. Just rinse the heck out of the windows and shrubs below...Just a fast note when you think about it the X-jet wide open is about 2-1 which means that your almost putting on a cleaning strength of straight Bleach which is why you see the nice results. The algea just disapears after a good soaking once or twice.

x-jet to put chemical on and if i can reach with an extension wand otherwise just use the x-jet to rinse off. had a customer use someone the year prior with a boom truck and drove all over the yard and messed it up. he talked to me the next year and hired me but was hesitant because he didnt think i could get the mildew at the top without a boom..he was quite surprised when he came out and saw the results.clean clean clean!!!! never left the ground. no need for the risk!!!
