Does anyone still clean shopping carts for grocery stores, wally-world, target, sams ,etc…?

If so, bulk price or per unit?

From what I understand Walmart uses a company that cleans and repairs the carts.I'm not sure about Target and since Sam's is owned by wally world I sure they use the same company.
