I notice this when my wife and I went to lunch so I took a picture of this work. I called the PM and he said he already has someone cleaning them. So I guess he is happy with the service he is getting.

you should solicit a bid with photos of that as well as photos of your work. Just be sure not to say how bad that work is, only show him the difference
