Landa has some of the most advance boilers that I have seen to date. you can buy them separately from their units. Try their "S" series. I am sure there are others out there but we use Landa's and modify them to handle our needs. It's easy to do. The boilers are about $6,000. Though I could be wrong... it's been a while since I bought them.

Bun, 414,000 Btu is a great boiler for 3,000 psi @ 5.2. I am positive you can give allot of heat with those!

That machine was awesome for flatwork, but was a little overkill for KEC. I do miss it though.

That one is an old generic washer originally came from higher power supplies with a vertical burner 200 degrees (give or take a couple) 4000 psi@ 5.6, last winter.

3000 psi 4gal a second ( I mean per minute) then lets see I think my burner is like 385,000 btu ..

Temp outside was 91 degrees at 2 pm ... No Shade

The Alladin photo on my top post was at 7 am and temp was probably around 65 degrees..

Keep in mind I really clean vent hoods but I usually do a little flatwork when I need a break..

Talk about steam I wish I had a picture .. We did a small hospitol the other night and they had a preesure wand and about 1 inch hose coming out of the wall .. The valve said steam cleaning Caution in excess of 300 degrees .. OMG.. Thats Hot ... Heck I was tempted to turn it on..
