The curb cleaner is actually an attachment that fits on there whirly bird surface cleaner.

A few years ago, somebody built a curb cleaner and it actually worked pretty good. It was a different looking setup than this one was, and they had a video of it on one of the BBS. Anybody remember that one? I'll have a look to see if I can dig it up on one of the boards.
