Slander???

Now that last one calling Hotsy a piece of junk might get the Hotsy guys a little irritated.

Explaining to customers the difference in quality, price, expectations, etc... is one thing but telling names, particularly in the way that was done is bad business IMPO. Talking others business down is never a good way to gain your customer's trust.

when i first started out I had a 1982 s10 truck with a $450 pressure washer. Now i have more money in just my hoses then i had in that entire setup. I can not get a semi any cleaner then i did back then. but i can get it done much easyer and way way faster. So the only real difference is that i make more money per hour worked than i used to. Now this only applies to truck washing. Flat work is a different story.
 
Are the numbers in the url address the number of competitors that they have in their system I wonder? Who has time to compose all of that and go out hunting for new ones ?
