Snakes Bite Again

Just a safety note to check under your decks. I got bit by a black snake yesterday and it did not feel good. Needless to say, just black/blue and a little itchy now but all is well.

They apparently do not like stain.

Thanks Henry. Did not know this. Needless to say, I sat down for about 45 minutes when it happened. It trickled a little blood from the two fang marks but I feel fine. The only problem I am having now is the redness and itching. Is this normal ? Let me know for I have not visited the doc or emergency room yet and this happened yesterday.
