soaping problem

Russ i have a troybilt 2500 psi pressure washer. It came with 25 ft. of pressure hose. The detergent siphoning works great with this hose but I bought another 25 ft. of hose and when i link them together it wont siphon the detergent. Any advice would be much appreciated and thanks in advance.

Hey, Brian. I see these machines all the time. If you want extension hose, you must buy 3/8". 2 of the 1/4" hoses hooked together creates too much back pressure on the injector, so it won't draw. Hook a 3/8" to the machine first and use your 1/4" at the gun, and it'll work just fine.

I knew Russ J would know , I have never even seen a washer with a 1/4 in hose so I would have never thought of that ,thats what he is the equipment guru !
