What kind of tanks are best for chlorine/roof mix storage?

Will bulkhead fittings hold up the the chlorine?

I have a tank that I would like to use for roofs but it has one bulkhead fitting in the bottom.

Is it better to draw form the top or bottom of the tank?

I don't think its a good idea to store chlorine since it is not stable with the time. Buy as much as you need for the job and keep it fresh. A good quality bulkhead fitting should hold, but it's not recommended to use it for harsh chemicals. I had my 35gal tank drilled and the crappy bulkhead snapped. It's one thing that I lost at least 10 gallons of concentrated butyl degreaser, another I washed myself pretty good, and stripped the paint on the flatbed.. No more drawing from the bottom since then :))..
