I am looking for Powerwashers in Florida that would be interested in creating an affiliate or statewide association program. - “Powerwashers of Florida Association”

Of course, we would discuss issues through this BBS for the benefit for all. But there are issues for which we should make ourselves available for discussion outside the BBS.

I anticipate a monthly meeting - central to all interested, where we might have a breakfast, lunch, or dinner to discuss our regional challenges, certification, opportunities, and how we can work together to promote the profession – and our own businesses here in Florida.

Pressure Washers In Florida?

Think it is a good idea but Florida is too big a state to get everyone together. Most of us are not even listed in the telephone books. Either you are in Commercial Cleaning or just plain House Washing. Don't think it would work out because there is too much competition in this state with so many Pressure Washers. No one wants to let the other know their secrets of cleaning. This year I have seen alot drop out of business. Most cannot take the heat and the summer sun. We do not get the same prices in the rural areas as the big cities.

For now find just being on this Bulletin Board and any suggestions is good enough for me. Lets hear from the rest from Florida to see what they have to say. Anna:confused:
 
John, I think your idea is great and if you support all Pressure washers I’m for anyone trying something positive in your state or any other.

My first advice to you is to put up your full name and telephone Number in your signature area. This gives you the legitimacy that you need to start on your idea.



I would like to remind you that you should offer to sponsor a round table meeting in Florida. No did that last February. In October we will be meeting again nationwide to discuss issue that we all deal with on a day to day basis. The last meetings where held with great success and where a lot of fun. Join us and maybe we can help your cause.
