Suggested Equipment for Hood Cleaning question

Yes Josh, I'm in O'fallon Mo.
To answer your question, I've done a fair amount of research for the last few months.
Matter of fact I Made a few calls to your answering machine and left a call back number. Never heard from you?

I think Matt and I made josh nervous after our meeting last year with the officials in Arnold......... :D

I do recall getting a message from someone now that you mention it. I lost it when we changed our message system...maybe a month or so ago? Email is the best way to contact me, jddodson@cleanhood.com. It's much more convenient to drop an email at midnight than to return calls all day.

To be honest, I really haven't returned calls from a lot of people from the last couple of months. Between expanding into KC and my wife having our third child it's been pretty hectic around here. Unless you were a customer, or a lead, you wouldn't have heard from me. I should be back in the loop now, if you still have any questions give me a call.

Thanks Josh, congrats on your new baby! I will drop you an email or call again sometime.

Tony-Good luck to you on your new ventures.

Congrats on # 3 Josh, After # 4 we just started giving them numbers instead of names :) lol. (I think # 3 needs new sneakers)

"Are northstar pressure washers worth considering ?"
In response to Tonys question.

I think its solid equipment. Northstar that is. I like ALKOTA. There all pretty much manufactured from the same components these days.Only difference may be brand of pump (CAT, AR,UDOR,GIANT,GENERAL)Some people swear by the CAT pumps. Ive always used Generals, there a bit cheaper and they work well. Same thing with a burner application Wayne Burner vs Beckett burner.
If ya buy one from a catolog your customer support is on the phone, if ya buy one from your local distributor your support is local and you could drop in and get some answers and more then likely be on your way in a hour or two depending if your distributor has parts in stock.Besides its good to support your local guy he will feed you leeds if you buy equipment with him.Its a win win situation.
