It's a good idea to do that and to do it over your email too. Company's have programs that scan forums like these and capture any email links they can for spam. If you have russ@myemail.com they will capture that and flood you with a bunch of viagra spams...(you may want that, nevermind) That's why my email address is under My Email and not out in the open...
