Hello all, I just had knee surgery yesterday after ripping it up on a ladder somehow. Sorry to say I will not get to meet all you fine folks at Tampa.
 
Wow! Hope you feel better! Did you knock it or slip?

My ex girlfriend was a nurse at west boca medical center, is that where you went for surgery ?

Bring some GOOD meds and a wheel chair. I'm sure you could wheel yourself around. LOL...Seriously, I hope it heeals up quick. :thumbup2:

Chuck, Mend up soon. Ouch. I tore my knee last Oct, finally in Mar I decided it wasnt going to mend itself. Tore my acl. Got it fixed and on the mend now. 8 weeks on crutches isnt much fun.

Do your PT and rehab and get back asap.

Don't rule it out yet. I had a partial replacement done 8 years ago and was back to desk work in two weeks. I could drive and walk, it was just painful. You may be looking for ANY excuse to get out in a week! My advice (after 7 surgeries on the same knee) is listen to your Doc and let it heal well. Just because YOU feel better, doesn't mean you are healed. I could have saved myself a lot of money and pain if I would have learned that sooner.
