Target Stores. Does anyone do these? Are they done as part of the centers? If you do deal with them who is the decession maker is it store level, district or corp.?

I've done one. It was through a property management company. In my case Target owns the building, but the property is part of the shopping center.

that sound like wal mart is done in house down here they are using the pw that they sale on the shelf only thing looks like it doing getting the concret wet that is it.

A lot of sweeping companies here give the PWing with the sweeping. I can't compete with that. There are 2 the counties we run in. They exchange leads.
