Big thank you to Kendra McCreary (Kendra Tillery McCreary) for speaking on commercial sales at our free National Cleaning Expo Phoenix parking garage cleaning & commercial sales class on October 23, 2026.
Kendra brought real contractor sales experience to the room — the kind that comes from running commercial pressure washing and fleet work and from teaching others how to sell residual maintenance, commercial vendor relationships, and BMP-minded accounts. She's the force behind Beyond the Bid (https://kendramccreary.com/) — commercial sales training and coaching for pressure washing contractors — and she also comes out of Coastline Fuel Services, serving the TX / OK / LA commercial wash market.
We're grateful she made the trip to Phoenix, shared what works on real commercial jobs, and poured into the contractors who showed up ready to learn. Thank you, Kendra — you made the sales side of the day stronger for everyone in attendance.
