These guys are awesome. I couldn't afford Softwashapalooza this year, but Doug invited me to come by and get together with him. He bought me breakfast answered a few questions for me and gave me some great advice. When I told him how it had been taking me so long to wash driveways, he went and found Paul, and introduced me. Doug asked Paul to take a look at my surface cleaner, which he happily did. Sure enough, my surface cleaner was my problem. Paul took it apart, showed me the broken o-ring that was causing the problem, and waited for me to go to the hardware store to get a new one. When I came back, he showed me how to fix it, and put it together free of charge! As if that wasn't enough, I happened to mention I was having trouble getting a brand new downstream injector to draw, and he took that apart, showed me the problem, and fixed that for me too! If amazes me, in a world driven by selfishness and greed, that a guy like Doug would invest time in a guy like me, who has nothing to offer him in return, and a guy like Paul would go out of his way to help a guy who has not yet spent a dime at his store. Well I definitely will now. Anyone who needs new parts or equipment should check out powerwashstore.com and give Paul a call! I can't thank these guys enough! God will bless you guys. Your kindness will come back around to you, for sure.

That's pretty much the definition of a community (people helping people). It's not about putting your boot on the other guys throat to keep him down.

If you feel like hooking up sometime just to s.t.s., I'm in Eustis on Tuesday and Saturday nights (after 7:30).

Thats Great

That would be cool, but I'm living in Ocala now. (Can't figure out how to change where it says I'm Lady Lake.) I'm rarely ever as far south as Eustis these days, unless I have a job there.

Doug and Paul are among the best in this industry. The amount of knowledge those two gentlemen have is just unbelievable.

Thank you Josh, that really means a lot to me. Life and business is not always about making a buck it is also about helping each other and making new friends.
