this company cleans the White house and Pentagon

thats cool.... never seen anyone one clean hoods with cold water pw.... unless they had a pump that handles hot water, and they was hooked up to the hot water..hmmmm wonder how that cold water would work on some of the Chinese hood i done in the past...lol

Daniel, I think that Espec sells a pressure washer that can handle up to 140 degree inlet water so you just connect to their hot water and run your rig. I think that it is an electric pressure washer also.

Most commercial General pumps are rated at 165F maximum working fluid temp, without a high temperature kit installed.

You could have warm water run through the pump, not sure if 165F is enough however to work with the detergent & pressure to cut the grease.
