I recently did my first new constuction brick builing (my friend new the brick layer}. It was a 65,000 brick building one level he gave us $20 per 1,000 he supplied the chemicals. Is this a fair price?

Do You Price New Constrution By The Brick Or Sq. Ft.

I have been doing this for awhile now,and i estimate every job i do by time and materials.If they can give me a sq ft i can give them a price.If the job requires a lift or is hard to get to,or i have to bring in my own water,well then i just add in all the extra time.Keep it simple,how it normaly works out for me is between $100.00 to $150.00 an hour with (2) guy's..
