TV Commercials

So we're getting ready to shoot a TV commercial, but I am having trouble deciding what I want it to be. Should it be:

1. Straight forward and informational. "IS your roof dirty/black/streaked. Then call confident roof cleaning today for a free quote, blah blah blah..." And have a sped up video of us cleaning a small roof, or before and afters or something.

2. Something that catches the attention. "Do you have the ugliest roof in the neighborhood, blah blah blah..."

I am just having a really hard time deciding what to do, and would appreciate any ideas.

If it is going to high class, I would compare their roof to their neighbors.

I'd talk about the benefits of having your roof cleaned. Saving money by cleaning it instead of replacing it. Talk about how cleaning it can help them to achieve the roofs life exptency instead of having mold, mildew and lichen damage it.
