I see you received this , this mean you will stop using the UAMCC image in any likeness?

I had previously Asked you privately and Publicly to Stop.

So tell us Robert your intentions, posting something like this itself is saying you do not care.

I fail to see what is not true Robert. The video is of a good man doing a great job keeping the waters of the US clean.

The BMPs under his control have been working well.

You, used the logo and reputation of the UAMCC from an outdated board of directors list, who, by the way, dismissed you from your position within the UAMCC a long time ago. You also had full knowledge that the current BOD had not authorized you to speak on our behalf or use the UAMCC in any way.

Using that false premise you wrote to this man and told him the BMPs which had been working just fine and were favorable to the contractors, was not adequate. You further suggested that he hire you to help him rewrite them. All while representing yourself as being an authorized representative of the UAMCC.

Further, this video was taken at a private, for profit meeting ($350+ Per person) where local contractors, like myself, were not allowed to come in and hear him speak or ask questions. All this was done despite the fact that this public official made it very clear to you that his portion had to be an open meeting.

It's one thing to make a mistake, it is another to be so submerged in your own storyline that you can come on here without even so much as an apology.

This lack of honesty is why you were dismissed from the UAMCC to begin with and why you are unfit to represent contractors in any way. Honesty in dealing with officials is paramount.

We simply cannot afford any misrepresentation, deception or profiteering within the ranks of those entrusted with the fragile task of representing our industry to officials.

I hope the members of the PWNA are watching this and are aware of the dangers we all face if they do not act appropriately in this matter.

Folks this thread is A Pretty Simple thread, I asked a Question to Robert.

Do you intend Robert to USE the Image of the UAMCC with anyone?

The Current BOD & membership has formally requested you do not.

Robert, Ron asked in the post above your intentions to stop using the UAMCC name or likeness in any way. See post #2. This is your thread that you started. Sorry the threadgot way off topic by Kris but i have moved all that stuff. I will keep it on topic for you. You may answer anytime.
 
I agree Ron, it is great to be a member and serve on the BOD of the UAMCC. I am so glad for the direction we are headed, especially from where this org was left. Lot of hard work and GREAT leadership by you Ron....I have said it before and I'll say it again, I am proud and honored to serve with this BOD and along with each member.
 
Still no answer, and yet he (Robert) was just here 10 minutes ago....I wonder what its so hard to answer a simple question.

  3. Why did you remove the Photo of the letter received from Jiranek and put in a link instead? Oh, you have to be logged in to see the letter!!!
  4. Please post the letter that Jiranek sent PWNA for all to see. Is that a secret?
  5. Why do you make disparaging statements of Professional People like Beth Borrego and Allison Hester?
  6. Why do you band people then make false statements about them like John Tornabene and Jim Gamble? While a person is banned there should no comments about them.
  7. Why did you spend several weeks in the San Francisco Area calling on most of the AHJs and Jim Gamble customers and taking photos of Jim’s House and family?
  8. Why did you cause such a controversy with our Las Vegas Event? Behind the scenes I always supported yours.
  9. I have never called on any of your customers. Why are you doing what you complain about others doing? Then brag about it on the BBSs.
