I see that the drought is affecting a huge portion of the southeast.

Is Georgia the only state taking Draconian measures against PWers?

What is Alabama doing, Russ? It looks like AL is more widely affected than Georgia according to the map.

Hey Russ, you should make this one a sticky like I did on TGS. This is an important link. Lots of areas are effected not only in the east but the west as well.
