I just heard today that walgreens will only pay $65 a month for pressure washing. Any one else heard about this?

Maybe a week for the front doors. I charge 75 a week for doorways only. Just got a new agreement a few weeks back.

I clean a Walgreens and it is a as need basis....I charge $150 for the front side walk drive thru pharmacy and the area around the dumpster.....every 6 months they have me disinfect the bathrooms for $50 a piece......this was my first commercial account and have been good to me..............It really shoud be a $200 job but hey......they call me or when i call them I usually got to work..
Alot of places have the small amount that is allotted for them to clean.....they usually wont do it monthly so it adds up so you can do it every other month or even every three months.
This is my experience with Walgreens.

I charge $165 each for only the sidewalk from end to end, i do about 60 stores on a monthly baises! Talk to the DM's and setup a regular cleaning service program!!!

Do they normaly sign a contract?

WOW! things vary from area to area. Wonder who does the ones in Maryland, DC, Virginia?

Thats so nice to have a client agree upon twice monthly. Great info.

I do some facilities clean every 3 months,..... the service is just to far apart for these restaurants, the manger says employees suppose to wash down daily, but they dont, thats his excuse for not having it done monthly and the annual price.

Yeah i had an Outback manager tell me that he has his cooks come in early on Thursdays to wash down.......thats what I like, the cook pressure washing and then cooking my lunch.

One time a month, Twice is 125 per cleaning

Set the maintenance standard pricing Ron,

Ok typical fast food restaurant pressure cleaning, lets say off on their own space at the shopping center, one drive thru lane, single dumpster (200sft), typical walks, parking stalls: 2 handicap plus 5 spaces (these are the one directly in front of the building), bubble gum removal.

You dont have to quote exact numbers

Please insert as price and time it may take

7 day service.....$

15 day service..........$

30 day service

45 day service

60 day service

90 day service.............$

I charge between $395 and $475 for "90day" and it takes between 3 to 4 hours, one man crew at 8gpm.

I have no accounts that does it less frequent.

Generally locations like this would not be very difficult or time consuming if you are doing them once a month - or less. As far as pricing, you gotta know what they want before you attempt to just throw together a price.

Scope of Work is a must....
