This thought has been bouncing around in my head for a while.
Wouldn't it be nice to make the pictures that we take of our jobs available to the customer? Most of what we do, kitchen Exhaust, is out of site, i.e. the ductwork and the fans on the roof.
How hard would it be to make pictures of our jobs, that our crews already take "mostly for my piece of mind” available to the customer. We often get calls asking to explain some problem that has been written up on a follow up report.
It just seems it would be nice for them to be able to just go to a web site and get access to the pictures. I'm thinking it would work like this. I put them where ever they need to go to make this work, and our customer can access them with their account number, I leave them there for say a week, then they are rotated out as new pictures are posted.
Does anyone know what is involved here, or have any idea how much this would cost.
