I work along the Alabama, Florida & Mississippi gulf coast and to my knowledge there are not any strict EPA requirements in my area. What cities or states do or do not have strict EPA Guidelines?
California does have a pretty strict one. But I think that there are other states that are just the same if not more strict. There was a discussion on here or PTSTATE about this a while ago.
