What would you use

Got to clean the top section of this building. Do you think a strong house wash work and I got to use a lift. What would you charge for about 1800 sqft and It has some black streaks on it.

I wouldn't rent a lift for that - looks like a '28 would access OK. I would start with the house wash mix. If the black steaks a patrolium based (roof run off) I would look toward degreaser / gutter cleaner. That building is only 1800 sqr?

Mike that will take you longer than you might think. The visible parts might not be bad. But things drip and there will be overspray that will get on what is behind the brown stuff.

Xjet some Sh and soap up there and it should work.I can shoot that from the ground all day long without a lift.

1800 is only the top section of the building. Thanks for the input

You should try to sell the entire building cleaning! Your going to end up rinsing the whole thing anyway. If its mildew on the wall just use a strong house wash or roof mix.
