It been mention before but we started using INVOICE ASAP app on our Ipad to do estimates. What we like it hooks up to our QuickBooks and give the customer a professional looking estimate sheet thru email.

Virtual terminals are now affordable. More secure , run your own network and keep any software machine or old data. I would look into it
