Within our forum, we have a private members forum for our window cleaning association members. Its really cool what it basically does is allow members from that specific private area for the window cleaners association members to email into the forum.
So basically they can post by, posting like normal or by emailing the post to a special email add created thats tied to that forum. Members can choose to receive emails about posts or not, so really people can post on the forum and communicate with other members every single day with out ever having to log into the forum.
This is so cool because so people simply prefer email groups over forums, now they can participate and get the best of both worlds.
