window screens, patio furniture, etc.

Heretofore, when I bid on a house wash, I have'nt charged extra or included the removal of window screens (I scrub the bottom seal) nor the patio furniture, wind chimes etc. But I am now realizing the error of my ways. How do you fulltimers handle it?

walk around before you start washing and tell the home owner of things to be moved. we move things for the older people. never removed screens when i wash a house, i tell the customer when giving est. to have all screens removed, and i'll wash the windows when washing is complete. you can bet the screens are out when you arrive
