I dont Xjet roofs any more, when I did i would use a 3gpm machine and 1/4" Xjet and apply straight 12% and soap.

We x-Jet some roofs and start with SH straight mixed with Dawn. This is for lightly stained roofs. Its fast!

I could see xjetting maybe for a protection or maintenance coat, but not to actually clean any real stains.
