Boy am I pissed, Over this weekend I washed a building real close to my place of business and as I was leaving the landscaper pulls up and starts spraying for weeds or something with this neon yellow stuff needless to say he totally hammers the bottom 1-2 feet of the freshly cleaned concrete building, I go back the next day to take pictures of my job and totally freaked out spent 1 1/2 hours more trying to get this stuff off and cant. Do any of you pro's know what I can do?
