Call me anytime Bro, I don't "bite", just make it after 10 am, since lately it is too COLD to clean roofs until late afternoon.Chris
You are correct, we are in your hometown. I did in fact call you, but was in the middle of some things at the time of your return call and had since forgotten to call you back. I was hoping to meet with you and discuss roof cleaning, seeing as how you have the nation wide roof cleaning market dominated on the internet and have a large hold on the tampa market I thought you would be a wonderful ally. If you have time in the near future I would like to meet you and introduce myself, possibly for lunch on me?
<O</OI really enjoy all your post and all the helpful information you and Russ provide!

yeah I figured it would be a great bit lower considering the volume of competition down there (wheather good or bad).Good luck getting 10-12 cents for apartments in Fl. From my experience apartment managers are the biggest price shoppers in the world and really don't care about quality. I stopped bidding apartments seven years ago after a manager told me the winning bid was 5 cents a S.F. for three story buildings, no gutters and lots of vegetation.

No reason competitors can't be friendly ?
Kory, Chappy, Larry, Nick, and many of us all chase the same piece of cheese at times, ya win a few, you lose a few :wink2:
It is fun to sit down over a beer, and talk about the "shopper from hell" and other war stories.

The cheese is getting smaller, and the competition keeps growing down hear in a shrinking market.
I just got a call from Northern Tool up in Tarpon Springs letting me know that they have a repair shop in the back of their building. He said that their corp. office came down on them and has got them making calls to drum up more business. Things are not getting any better around here let me tell ya. My wife and I have been passing out flyer's in neighborhoods that I've done work in and visiting( In Person ) with previous customers to drum up more business. I'm not looking for any shoulders to cry on here but if things don't turn around REAL soon I'm gonna have to fold. Anyone looking to make a contribution to the "Larry is almost out of biz" fund may do so by calling 727-543-3276. Hahahaha! Just kidding! :crying:
