OK, I have been off the Internet since yesterday (computer broke)
I just got off the phone with Mike DeRose, who I banned from RCIA.
I HAD planned to call Mike today, but he beat me to it.
Mike said he was sorry for losing his temper, and I apologized too.
Mike will be reinstated at RCIA as soon as I get done with this post.
Now, for AC Lockyer.
AC (and his company Mallard Systems) were once my biggest competitors.
Then, through a salesman AC hired, we became friends.
I sent AC all my commercial roof cleaning leads, he in return, sent me all his residential leads in Tampa area, as well as all his old warranty stuff!
AC was totally honorable, and I grew to like AC very very much.
I brought my old friend to the RCIA, and to this industry.
Then things went horribly wrong.
It has even effected my good relationship with my friend Ron Musgraves, and is getting even worse, and lines are being drawn in the Sand, as each side prepares for war!
I believe very very strongly that both AC and myself are being manipulated by a certain person, well known in this Industry, for "working behind the scenes" to stir up shit, by telling AC's friends I am saying this or that, or telling me, through my friends, that AC is "bad mouthing me".
It has effected, and is effecting the entire industry, and THIS CRAP MUST STOP!
I like AC Lockyer very much, and it feels really weird, to be "at war with him"
So, I am going to try my best to put a STOP to all this crap, by first apologizing to AC for MY part in any and all of this crap.
I also apologize to my old friend Ron Musgraves, and the UAMCC, for MY part in any Drama.
They were more or less "innocent civilian victims" in the War between my old friend AC Lockyer, and myself.
I feel, and have always felt, that my old friend AC has a lot to give to this industry, or I would never have brought him to the RCIA, in the first place.
I does not, nor has it EVER "felt right", to be angry and at War with AC.
Maybe we can never be friends again, but I must do what I feel is the best for the Industry, and try to STOP this war.
Again, I apologize for MY part in any and all of this. The WAR is over, as far as I am concerned.

And, no matter WHAT my old friend AC Lockyer says or does with my apology, I want to make this loud and clear. AC Lockyer is a "machine", a freaking genius, when it comes to the cleaning business (being successful in it)
He has taken (not stolen) some of my RCIA guys and showed them how to triple their gross, gave the Industry the knowledge how to make "rock fliers" (for free), and taught people what once were closely guarded secrets, known only to the highest ranking upper management at Mallard Systems.
I pretty much have tracked down WHO it was who turned AC and I against each other, and shame on ME, for not doing it sooner!
A simple phone call to my old friend AC in retrospect, might have prevented this WAR.
Unfortunately, my pride, and my temper took over, and I take full responsibility for MY part in the WAR, that has ENDED here today, as far as I am concerned.

There are some things AC teaches businesswise that I am in total opposition to. (Nothing related to roof cleaning, a subject I am completely ignorant of)
If he cares to ask I'll gladly talk with him about it.
But it hasn't affected our friendship.
AC impressed me with his ability to bounce back after the issue with Doug Rucker and just keep his nose to the grindstone and press on. A lesser man would have simply ran off and hid and tried to snake his way back in later. But AC took it head on, dealt with it, took the hits and moved on. I have to respect him for that.
And if I could give him ten green dots for the "Lion of Judah vs Ricky Bobby baby Jesus" comeback I'd do it. It was one of the best I've heard in years.

I agree. This fued has been going on long enough and if we all put as much energy into making this industry better as we do fighting then we could really get a ton done to help all of our businesses. Amen to the fighting. Good post chris.

Ac meant well Tony, in regards to his bleach powder. He was TRYING to make life better for every roof cleaner. AC, like myself, is a veteran roof cleaner. We have talked about cleaning a roof in a subdivision, and suddenly have 1/2 the neighbors wave cash under you nose, and you were out of chlorine, and on the weekends, not be able to get any.
His bleach powder was his answer to a dilemma that effects every roof cleaner. OK, it did not work out as he planned, I too have had some mistakes.
Because I was unknowingly (at that time) being stirred up against my old friend AC Lockyer, I jumped into the fray.
What a messed up thing of me to do, kick your old friend, when he is down.
I still think AC's concept of the bleach powder will be a true breakthrough for every roof cleaner, once he gets the bugs out of it.
I think he needs a scale inhibitor added to it, and his dream will be a success.
Calcium Hypochlorite, unlike SH, has some REAL advantages. Number one, it breaks down into harmless Calcium, not deadly to plants salt, as SH does.
AC and I have not talked since the war began, but it is my understanding he has perfected what he calls Augmentation. This means the addition of Bleach Powder to the SH based cleaning mix.
If so, and if scale can be eliminated, then this will yield a mix that automatically will cut down greatly on plant loss!
Plus, because calcium hypochlorite is less water soluble then SH, it will be harder for the rain to rinse it off a roof, meaning roofs done with Augmentation will not only be safer, but they will also stay clean longer as well.
AC may never talk to me again, but if he can show me that he has perfected augmentation, then it is a true advance in roof cleaning, and I want all my students at the RCIA to be aware of it.

It is only my opinion, that our Industry need Healing, and needs it fast, before the NJ Roundtable!
Fighting on the Forums is bad enough, but it is my understanding that physical threats and innuendos have been overheard and posted.
Roundtables are sort of in their infancy, and we sure do not need Roundtables to get the reputation for having pier 9 Brawls.
Enough is enough!

I HOPE so Mike. OK, so Roundtables might not be "perfect" (acceptable to everyone), but they are all we have right now, as a way to unite everyone for fellowship, learning, and networking.
It would sure SUCK, for Industry Roundtables to get the reputation as violent places.

I am very serious in my desire to put ALL this chit behind us, and Hopefully, the NJ Roundtable will be the start of a great healing, that IMHO the Indusrty really needs right now.
Let our Industry Forums return to the places of learning and fellowship they once were, instead of propaganda machines that perpetuate War.

I'm glad to hear you say what you said about Ron, Chris. You don't know how many people who he thought were his friends have turned on him over the past few years because of whisperers in the background.

As the frog began to struggle and his legs began to give out with his last gasp the frog asked, "Why did you sting me scorpion? Now we are both doomed." The scorpion had nothing more but to say, "I am a scorpion. It is my very nature."

I have been down this road before with CT. He has attacked me and apologized asking for forgiveness now three times. He has attacked others this way too and this is an endless cycle. People keep falling for this over and over. It is in his nature.
There is no war between CT and I. No more than Trinidad can be at war with the US. CT just lashes out and attacks people. There is no one behind the scenes spurring us on. I have been contacted by no one about this in that way. There is no antagonist but CT. I am not interested with having issues with him. CT is a distraction and steals valuable time away from me and others being productive and industry building.
CT is only now apologizing because he does finally realize when he has gone too far and is hurting himself. However it is often only after he is mid stream and sinking beneath a dead frog. He wants all of these posts removed. Well that is because they are in a thread on a forum that he uses to guide hundreds over to his site. He now knows that I am feed up with his antics and am in the process of letting the proper authorities deal with this. He is backing up the bus so fast he doesn't even see the cliff.
CT like any other criminal will go unchecked and continue to hurt people until someone decides to say enough is enough. Like women who never report the serial rapist the rapist victimizes women over and over again. Until one brave women decides the personal pain and embarrassment is a smaller price to pay in light of stopping the rapist. Not to say CT is a rapist however CT does have a 37 page rap sheet and a third of it is violence against women. I for one am sore and beat up and will stand up for all those who CT has abused in the past in order to prepare for a safer future.

Lies, and distortions of the truth, would get most people Sued. When you publish Lies designed to intentionally harm someones reputation and business, it opens you up to a Civil Lawsuit. However, with all these judgments against you, collecting anything will be unlikely.
I TRIED my best to stop the fighting AC, but you just can't let it go.

Can't the two of you at least have the courtesy and professionalism to keep this between the two of you, via email, phone, or a private channel? It makes the rest of us look bad. I don't understand why either of you would use a public online forum to continue an ongoing feud. Just send emails to each other and leave the rest of us out of it. We have nothing to do with this dispute and deserve better.

CT none of these are me. My name is Alfred Charles Lockyer 261-27-18** I have no judgements against me at all nor have ever. That is why I go by AC Lockyer. There is allot of confusion when my Grandfather was Alfred Lockyer and my Father is Alfred Lockyer, I am Alfred Lockyer and my Son is Alfred Lockyer. But if you drop the dime to actually pay to see the records you will see I have no judgements against me nor have I ever.

I agree stop with it, I have talked to people on the that have seen me from other places that don't want to be a part of PWI or UAMCC even though I tell them its not as bad as it seems. Please keep this private!
