Here's my video of the check valve on a downstream injector.

I've wondered about these 0-rings as well. I think it was Ed Thompson who once mentioned using an o-ring with a smaller inside diameter to replace these when they start to stick. Haven't any idea what size the o-ring would be. But I see how a slightly smaller inside diameter would help alleviate the sticking. Wouldn't allow the ball to get shoved inside and stuck. So,..Ed,.if that was you,..and you're around,.what size 0-ring is it you use?
*I also started clipping the spring and that really helped with the sticking,.and didn't seem to hurt anything.
Nice video George,..I have about 4 injectors laying around,...I got tired of these GP High-Draws going bad so fast that I started working on them also last year,..I bought the screw in orifices or whatever they're called last year. Looking at an exploded view of the injector I see they call it a nozzle.

Good Video George
I can't be bothered fixing an injector. I buy 10 at the beginning of the year and change them out as needed. Its not worth my time trying to fix the things!
Does it make any sence for two brand new injectors to get stuck every time i pull the trigger.
Could this be an unloader issue just pulsing too much pressure off the hop. My machine is a two man setup hydroteck 3600/8.7gpm
