So I've been out pounding the pavement, been in all kinds of businesses, banks, stores and restaurants . I have had minimal luck, either they have someone doing the work already or "do it there selves". I am struggling handling these objections and can't seem t make any headway. Any advice?

What is y'alls opinion on these two products? Mainly looking to clean grease and oil stains from concrete. I did a grease spill clean up 2 days ago with Clearly Clean Xtreme and it turned out well with cold water but it is corrosive... thoughts?

I got a request to quote this dumpster pad at a steak house. How long do you think its been since its been cleaned and how long would it take with a wand and cold water? How much would you charge?
