Post Construction Clean Up

I have been contacted to do some post construction clean up... I have never done this work before. Anyone with experience in this area have input on what the "typical" basic duties consist of on this? Some people have just said pressure washing the mud and tire tracks away and some have done much more... Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I do what we call "Pre-Handover" washes for a number of high end building companies.
My wash consists of washing the new home with a DETERGENT wash (NO HYPO REQUIRED) which consists of washing from the gutter line to the foundation as well as BRUSH washing the windows so that they are spotless for the new home owner. In conjunction with washing the home all of the flat surfaces are soft washed with the wand to remove muddy boot marks for the most part and of course any dust, dirt and sawdust from the building site. I usually do the wash on Hand over day. I am in effect the last sub trade/service on the job before the new owner walks in the door.

In my experience, "construction cleanup" means MUCH more than just pressure washing. How the contractor ran his site will determine the scope of work that fits into that term. If every subcontractor left a little bit of crap here and there it adds up quick.
So it may include left over debris cleanup and haul off, nail & screw hunting, trash duty.... full meal deal type of situation.
If you do landscaping now would be a good time to drop that line in the water too. Generally they do a site cleanup before the landscaping so you could save the contractor time & energy being "the guy" for all of it.
If it's not just a house wash it could turn into a great job & connection.
