Even with an x-jet how are you guys cleaning the mold off without touching the surface. Are you just jetting the chemical onto the surface, letting it dwell, then flooding?

Is there an economic benifit to purchasing a rig and van compared to carrying a pressure washer around in the trunk of a Mercury? Outside of the obvious equipment size, heater, dual wands, etc... We are trying to justify purchasing a rig with a van as opposed to cranking out residiential jobs.

Is there such a thing as a pressure washer that is used like a lawn mower on concrete drives etc.? It would really be helpful to have a machine that would jet in multiple directions under a small hood to control back splash. This type of machine would also save your back from constant bending...
