A couple years ago I had a crew on a residential, siding wash job for a prominent restaurant owner. The job was quite a distance from the shop, so I made sure everything was set up, extra equipment, materials, etc. were all in place. The wash unit was gassed up the the neck (important here)...

Could use some feedback! Do any of you currently, or have in the past, used the X-100 Natural Seal product? If so, have you used it during the 2005-2006 season? If so, have you had any issues with it turning black on you? We currently have over 125 decks treated with their "new formulation"...
